Master Classes - for the Senior Leadership Team (short course 0.5 day)

The half-day Master Class uses current TPI client case study research evidence to illustrate the strong relationship between effective leadership, culture and performance.

A self-scoring cultural measurement tool which provides insight into how cultural mapping, measurement and re-measurement against targets is undertaken by TPI is included as part of the class.

The classes are tailored to address the specific issues faced by the organisation, such as the need to improve performance, its outputs or bottom line, staff morale or the attraction and retention of staff. These issues are established in interview with nominated senior management executives prior to the class.

Another option specific to the organisation that can be offered as part of the class includes a 360 degree tool for measuring the impact of leadership styles and behaviours on culture.

This helps senior managers to dramatically increase their leadership effectiveness. As a result of the Master Class, participants gain knowledge of a range of interventions and tools available to measurably improve the leadership effectiveness, culture and performance of an organisation.
