Enhancing Performance through Leadership and Culture (EPLC) (short course 1.0 day)

The EPLC provides an effective introduction to TPI’s core business while at the same time it provides a stand-alone professional development experience.

It provides participants with an understanding of what organisational culture is and the positive impact that an adaptive culture has on the performance of an organisation.

The workshop also examines the impact of leadership on culture and the importance of measuring and tracking leadership effectiveness and cultural change. Participants emerge with knowledge about the range and versatility of TPI’s consultancy services.
